How to use the order portal
One recording for a new retailer or a company rep: self-register, place a sales order, request testers, and change the password. Login works after the Hyderabad desk approves the account.
- Open Register. A retailer fills shop name, mobile, password and address. A company rep chooses Retailer or Company Rep, then picks Nykaa, Dot & Key, or the Forever52 house, and types the designation. Press Register. Do not create a second shop if the store is already on the MSN books.
- Wait for approval, then log in with that mobile and password.
- For a sales order, choose the brand, add the products, check the cart, and press Place Order.
- For testers, choose Tester Requirement, press Select tester (one piece per SKU), and press Place Order. The request waits for approval. Stock is not reserved by the punch.
- Open the shop name in the header, then My Account, Change Password. Use at least 8 characters and press Update Password.
